Eaton announces its "first-of-its-kind" renewable energy project, which aims to transform energy into a more economical, efficient, and flexible source of power. Eaton's sustainability efforts at its Arecibo site are part of a larger strategy aimed at reducing carbon emissions by 50% by 2030.
“With this project, Eaton is advancing its sustainable manufacturing operations in Arecibo and turns our municipality into one of the leaders on renewable energy in Puerto Rico,” said Carlos Ramírez Irizarry, Mayor of Arecibo.
