En-Sync Group is a manufacturer’s representative agency. We focus on bringing together the best products and technology with excellent technical and sales support. Our team is capable of solving technical application needs and helping clients increase productivity and decrease costs.
We cover a territory including Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. Our corporate office is located in St. Louis with remote field offices near Kansas City, Omaha, and Cedar Rapids.
Our products are used in a wide variety of applications and sold through a variety of channels.
Jason Fahey-Principal/Vice President (all territories)
Jason acts as sales manager, vendor management, and owner/operator for
En-Sync. He has been with the company for 14 years and is a second-generation owner.
Adam Thomas-Outside Sales (W. MO, KS)
Adam covers Western Missouri and Kansas for En-Sync. He has been with En-Sync for 7 years. Prior to his current role, Adam spent 10 years in high voltage substation design working for Black and Veatch.
Kevin Donahue (E. IA, N. IL)
Kevin covers Eastern Iowa and Northern Illinois for En-Sync. Kevin has been with En-Sync for 5 years and has 29 years of industry experience including sales for a manufacturer and most recent role in OEM sales for a large Schneider distributor.
Pat Lepski-Outside Sales (E. MO, S. IL)
Pat covers Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois for En-Sync. Pat has been with En-Sync for 2 years and has 28 years of industry experience including roles as area sales manager and national sales manager for Schneider Electric’s Powerlogic division.
Mike Christe-Outside sales (W. IA, NE)
Mike covers Nebraska and Western Iowa for En-Sync. Mike has been with En-Sync for 2 years and has 26 years of industry experience including roles in sales, manufacturing, application engineering, and machine design/maintenance.
Lisa Beal-Inside Sales (all territories)
Lisa is the primary inside salesperson and supports inside sales functions for all of En-Sync. She has 11 years of experience in this role. Please reach out to Lisa if you with any needs you may have.
Dan Kirst-Inside Sales (select accounts)
Dan is an inside sales resource for En-Sync and handles a few large accounts. Dan retired from Eaton Corp as a MOEM Sales Engineer and has worked part-time for En-Sync for almost 4 years. Dan has over 40 years of industry experience.
John Fahey-Principal (all territories)
John founded En-Sync Group in 1994. In addition to the 27 years with En-Sync, John spent the first part of his career selling VFDs for Allen Bradley. In total John has over 40 years of industry experience.
