Overview Video-Plug In Units
Other main benefits of the Starline Track Busway product include reduced facility construction costs, faster installation, and the ability to customize solutions to fit your needs. Starline Plug-in Units can also be disconnected and connected without de-energizing the busway and the product requires no routine maintenance.
Starline Track Busway
T1 Busway 40-60A
The 40-60 amp busway, also known as the compact series, offers a reliable, easy to install overhead power distribution system for your lighting, or any other light duty power draw needs. Housing sections can include straights, elbows, tees and crossovers that are easily connected together using snap-in, in-line connectors and plate type housing couplers. And best of all, no extra grid hanging support is needed; Starline Track Busway incorporates the grid in its housing structure.
T2 Busway 60 & 100A
The 60 & 100 amp series of Starline Track Busway is a mid-amperage system that’s ideal for overhead lighting, small industrial applications, and retail environments. Housing sections can include straights, elbows and tees that are joined electrically by means of an in-line connector. The busway housing has an open access slot over its entire length for the insertion of turn-n-lock plug-in units.
T3 Busway 100 & 225A
The Starline Track Busway 100 & 225 amp systems are ideal for supplying a large amount of power to industrial, retail, laboratory or mission critical environments that require it. Housing sections include straights, elbows and tees which assemble to create a plug-and-play power distribution system that revolutionizes the way environments operate.
T5 Busway 250A-1250A
Supplying the highest amperage of the Starline Track Busway systems, the 250-1250 series powers many of today’s largest mission critical facilities. One of the main benefits of Starline is that it is an overhead power distribution system, meaning no jungle of cables and whips under the floor obstructing air flow. Also, the continuous access slot along the bus gives data centers the power to easily expand or reconfigure operations.
Field-proven for decades, the maintenance-free, custom built Starline Track Busway also offers customizable plug-in units that are interchangeable between systems. The design of these plug-in units ensures a safe, constant connection to power- providing the continuous uptime that is so crucial to mission critical facilities.
System is rated at 250, 400, 600/630, 800, 1000 or 1200-1250 amps, 4 pole, for continuous duty at 600 volts (U.S.), 415 volts (metric); 1200 amp system is 4 pole rated for continuous duty at 480 volts.

Starline Plug-In Raceway
Starline Plug-In Raceway incorporates the concept of flexibility in a wall-mounted power distribution system. Instead of having fixed outlets along a wall that come with traditional wiring methods, Plug-In Raceway offers receptacles that can be snapped in anywhere along the installed backplane- supplying a connection to power wherever it’s needed. Each section of the power & data Plug-In Raceway consists of a two-channel extruded aluminum housing. The power channel contains an insulated strip containing copper busbars. The second channel—the data channel—provides a safe, hidden cavity to run all Datacom cables. The aluminum extrusion acts as a 100 percent ground path, and each housing section is enclosed by a number of cover pieces and plug-in modules. System is rated at 20 or 60 amps, for continuous duty at 240 volt. Plug-in modules are available in single phase and three phase.
